What is Hybrid Wall Insulation?
Hybrid Wall Insulation (HWI) is a combination of Internal Wall Insulation and External Wall Insulation, maximising the benefits of both. By opting for Hybrid Wall Insulation, installers are able to decide the correct application for a particular building with much more freedom. HWI is a great way to save money on energy bills and can also aid in keeping a home warmer in winter yet cooler in the summertime.
Hybrid Wall Insulation allows installers to install the best measure on a room by room basis. For example, in buildings where it is not possible to change the exterior of a building, Internal Wall Insulation can be used to insulate the street facing wall, (making no changes to the properties appearance) and External Wall Insulation can be used to insulate the rest.
