Flexible Thermal Linings are an approved Green Dealmeasure under the Building Fabric Measures category.
What are Flexible Thermal Linings?
Internal Insulation usually involves a form of dry lining, ‘Flexible Thermal Linings’ is an example of this. This measure provides very high thermal efficiencies when it comes to thermal insulation which means a high level of thermal performance can be obtained by using only a small thickness of insulation.
Flexible Thermal Linings are used in solid wall homes, mansard roofs and dormer ceilings. The material is made from latex and can be decorated with wallpaper, emulsion or tiles.
